Please provide information about your ceremony wedding party, including anyone other than the two people being wed. Indicate what each person's role will be in the ceremony, and include any other important information.

If your ceremony is not legally binding, both parties must initial the Liability Release and Agreement prior to the wedding ceremony. Please read and sign the release and agreement by providing both parties' initials below, separated by a comma.
We, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that Rachel Delgado and/or WSMH, LLC, acting as the Officiant, will conduct a ceremony for the undersigned parties. However, it is understood that this ceremony is not legally binding, and it does not constitute a valid legal marriage or agreement in any form. No execution of documents or other forms of media will confer legal status.
We hereby acknowledge that a commitment ceremony is a symbolic and non-legally binding event, and we fully understand the legal implications of this acknowledgment. We understand that the Officiant is not responsible for filing any legal documentation related to marriage or any similar legal commitments on our behalf.
We hereby acknowledge that this agreement does not constitute legal advice, and it is our sole responsibility to seek independent legal advice, assistance, and counsel with any questions or concerns regarding the legal status of our relationship or any related legal matter. We acknowledge that the Officiant is not providing legal services or acting as legal advisor in any capacity.
We hereby release Rachel Delgado and WSMH, LLC from any and all liability, including, but not limited to claims regarding commitment ceremonies, vow renewals, or other non-legally binding unions, and from all present and future claims, demands, actions, or suits of any kind under Nevada or other state laws.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada.
